WHAT WE DO

Inclusive, adapted physical activity programmes built specifically for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

OUR APPROACH

We do not adapt mainstream classes as an afterthought. Every programme we deliver is designed from scratch with SEND in mind — the environment, the structure, the coaching language, the equipment and the pace. Inclusion is not a bolt-on. It is the foundation.

ADAPTED GYMNASTICS

Ages 3–16

Our adapted gymnastics programme is designed from the ground up for children with SEND. Sessions are smaller, calmer and structured to support each child's individual sensory and physical needs. We focus on coordination, body awareness, strength and — above all — fun.

Small group sizes for individual attention
Sensory-aware environment
Adapted equipment and progressions
Builds coordination, balance and strength
Boosts confidence and self-esteem

MARTIAL ARTS & MOVEMENT

Ages 4–16

Drawing on Ivan's 25+ years of martial arts coaching, our inclusive martial arts sessions teach children focus, self-discipline and body control in a structured but nurturing environment. No competition pressure — just positive, progressive movement.

Develops focus and self-regulation
Structured routines that support children with autism and ADHD
Builds social skills and turn-taking
Improves gross motor skills
Positive, encouraging coaching approach

SENSORY MOVEMENT SESSIONS

All ages

For children who find traditional sports settings overwhelming, our sensory movement sessions offer a gentler, more exploratory approach to physical activity. Low-stimulation environments, flexible structure and a fully supportive coaching team.

Flexible, child-led structure
Ideal for children with autism, sensory processing differences
Parent/carer can stay and participate
No pressure, no comparison — just movement
